These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ARGGOS platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ARGGOS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using ARGGOS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

ARGGOS is a SaaS executive dashboard platform that provides:

• Real-time KPI tracking (MRR, ARR, churn, runway, etc.)
• AI-powered investor reports and townhall presentations
• Roadmap and milestone tracking
• Customer surveys (NPS, CSAT)
• People analytics
• Integrations with third-party services

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Subscription and Payments

ARGGOS offers subscription plans (Starter, Growth, VC/Enterprise). Prices are listed in USD and are billed according to the selected plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload or sync to ARGGOS. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the services described.

7. AI-Generated Content

Reports and analytics generated by our AI features are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before sharing with investors or stakeholders.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARGGOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
